Excellent Sri Lanka Tour Experience We had an excellent experience with 360 Tours Lanka. Our tour coordinator, Nethmi, was wonderful from start to finish. She handled our last-minute changes seamlessly and was always prompt, responsive, and clear in her communication. She made sure the trip was arranged exactly the way we wanted. Our driver and guide, Kavinda Weer, was equally amazing. He was not only a great driver and guide but also incredibly helpful with our toddler. He went out of his way on many occasions to help with our little one, which made the trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. My mom was especially happy that she could see everything she wanted, and she truly appreciated Kavinda’s support with the toddler throughout the trip. I planned my tour with Shamra from 360 Tours Lanka for 6 people.  We visited 7 cities in Sri Lanka which was well planned and executed. Shamra was amazing and she listened to what we wanted regarding our tour, and she did her best to give us beautiful hotels to stay in... we did experience a problem at one of the beach resorts however Shamra came to the rescue and it was sorted immediately. Nalinda was our driver during the entire tour, he was very friendly and helpful. Sri Lanka is an absolute beautiful country, and my highlight of my tour was Nuwara Eliya.  We also visited the beautiful temples enroute to our next destination. Excellent planning & Execution! Me and my wife chose 360 tours Lanka for our Honeymoon with the suggestion from one of my friend, to my surprise everything went well and soo organised. Our Chauffeur Sir Ivan and Organiser Mam Nethmi has given us a memorable trip for the 9 day trip that we planned. Our Chauffer Ivan, has treated and guided us soo well as a family member and assisted us in every way possible to meet our needs and he cared us so much which we would never forget from our trip. Had an amazing trip with 360 Tours! Mr. Kavinda was our driver and guide, and he was excellent — very professional, knowledgeable, and shared so much interesting information throughout the trip. He took us to some incredible places, including Sigiriya Rock, Dambulla Temple, and Koneswaram Temple in Trincomalee. We covered both the east and west coasts, and also visited the Gangaramaya temple and few other site seeing places in Colombo. He also arranged scuba diving and dolphin watching which was worth the experience. His driving was very smooth and safe the entire way. Nethmi from 360 Tours helped arrange everything perfectly —hotel accommodations, and a well-planned itinerary that covered both culture and adventure. We had an amazing time in Srilanka courtesy 360 Srilanka. From planning the trip and finalising the itinerary,Ms Raveena ( agent from 360) was so patient and always happy to make changes to the planned itinerary as per our requests. Our guide Mr Asanka was very well versed with the information and was very cooperative. He handled the whole group respectfully and suggested places according to our taste. He was a very humble person. We were in a coach for 11 days and we never felt uncomfortable as there was driver , helper and guide. They were so well mannered and respectful. our school sri lanka trip was honestly absolutely amazing! 🤩 the tour guide was exceptional in how they managed and supported a school group of 40 students. everything felt so well organised from start to finish, with clear communication, strong safety awareness, and a genuinely positive attitude that made every student feel comfortable and truly looked after! 😁 the driver was outstanding too and insane at doing what he do. even after long hours of driving, including travelling through intense stretches of turns for hours on end from negombo to kandy, the service remained consistently smooth and professional! 😮 it felt like they were always focused on us, and that made a huge difference to how enjoyable and manageable the whole trip felt each day! 🙂 the assistant was also incredible and very friendly, helping with head counts and moving luggage in & out. all three of them were super friendly, always happy, and clearly incredibly skilled at what they do! their teamwork and support for the students was genuinely impressive! 🤩🤩🤩 overall the trip was so memorable and well balanced, combining adventure, culture, and relaxing moments in the best way!!! sri lanka is definitely in my top 5 trips! i would recommend this tour without hesitation! ❤️⭐️

Overall our experience has been very good indeed with 360 Lanka Tours. Vishen our driver was excellent and very professional. He was helpful and polite and we would recommend him. The hotels were generally of a good standard. The only thing is locations could have been slightly closer to town. But this only matters if you’re staying a little longer in a place. We would say 8 out of 10 for hotels. 10 out of 10 for Vishen. As a tour agency we would recommend  to our friends. Overall 8 out of 10 for the agency. Choose Clement ☺️ don’t even think twice. I am reviewing Open 360 Tours Lanka, but the truth is I am actually reviewing and recommeding our guide/chauffeur - CLEMENT - as it was the first name I heard once I booked my trip to Sri Lanka. A few friends from work were in Sri Lanka a few years before and said all the good things about Clement (360 Tours Lanka). Once I booked my trip with my girlfriend I immediately contacted Clement trough whatsapp to let him know about my budget, plans, areas I would like to visit, and activities that we wouldn’t want to miss out. I can only say all our trip was excellent. Clement was a a true local guide, genuine, honest, and ready to help out 24/7. A true gentleman since we were picked up from the airport on day one, until he drop us off at the airport on the final day. Trough all our 2 weeks on Sri Lanka, 7-21 July, he helped us in every aspect: finding the best hotels, sometimes checking 2 or 3 hotels, the rooms and to negotiate the prices; safaries; to find the best areas to visit and temples; he recommended restaurants; helps us on day to day stress with laundry spots hard to find in some cities; find some bakeries or supermarkets; ready to picked us up at any point of the day if suddenly started to rain; help us find a last minute pharmacy if we needed; all sorts of things. Clement, always with a smile and ready to help is 100% reliable, trustfull and professional. He was like our true private security guard with all the respect, humility and local knowledge you need to have the best adventure in Sri Lanka. We booked our trip from 360 tours  Lanka from Mumbai and told them it's our first international trip. They assured us of the best service and delivered every bit of it. On arrival from Mumbai, we met our chauffeur guide, Mr. Clement. From the moment we met him, he treated us like his own family. From exchanging currency to arranging the correct sim card, Mr. Clement helped us with the lot. The most striking and impressive thing was that he would give us his suggestion but never force us to follow his suggestion (and this was the case throughout the trip). Mr. Charith, the owner of 360 tours Lanka, took some time out and came to meet us to make us feel comfortable. It made us see how much they care for their clients. Ze namen uitgebreid de tijd om ons welkom te heten en gaven aan dat we hen altijd konden bereiken bij vragen of ongemakken. Dit gaf ons direct een fijn en vertrouwd gevoel. Tijdens onze reis bezochten we de mooiste plekken van Sri Lanka: Negombo, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Yala, Mirissa, Hikkaduwa en uiteindelijk weer terug naar Negombo. Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. De hotels, het vervoer, de stops onderweg – alles sloot perfect aan bij onze wensen. Een bijzonder woord van dank gaat uit naar Ishara, met wie we gedurende de hele voorbereiding en reis nauw contact hadden. Ze is ontzettend lief, behulpzaam en professioneel. Ze dacht actief met ons mee bij het boeken van hotels en restaurants, volledig afgestemd op onze voorkeuren. Op onze 25-jarige huwelijksdag werden we zelfs verrast met een heerlijke taart op onze hotelkamer – speciaal geregeld door Ishara! Het was ook erg leuk om haar persoonlijk te ontmoeten op onze laatste dag, zodat we haar nog even konden bedanken. Als kers op de taart kwamen de managers op de laatste dag nog even langs om te checken of alles naar wens was verlopen. Dat vonden we ontzettend attent. We hebben intens genoten van de natuur, cultuur, vriendelijke mensen, het heerlijke eten, de stranden en indrukwekkende bezienswaardigheden. As a 74-year-young single woman from Hungary, I requested offers from 4 Sri Lankan companies. Only 360Tours Lanka has provided an answer and a detailed proposal for a private tour from the arrival at the airport Colombo to the return trip. My contact Nethmi handled my requests flexibly. She always responded immediately. It was a pleasure to prepare and plan my trip with her. In the end, a very meaningful tour took place between November 3-29.2024 In my life, this route was the 72nd country and my route became the best.Sri Lanka is a wonderful country with lovely people. My guide Clement, who also drove the very comfortable car, Honda was a very experienced tour guide and an excellent driver. He skipped the climbing places that were more difficult for me, but always found interesting programs and great restaurants instead. 360 Tours Lanka booked great accommodations for me with delicious breakfast. We travelled to Srilanka last month. Our travel partner was 360 tours Lanka, I am really happy to say that we had a great experience with them.Our local guide Ashen was one of the best travel partner we met so far, he helped us in having the best local food, local places etc. Aur travel agent Sakura was really helpful, she modified our itenary whenever we asked for and was very polite. Just had great experience with 360 tours. They organised a great itinerary for me and my two kids 16 and 12 that encompassed a mix of culture and nature. Everything was seamless from arrival at airport to departure. We did a 10-day tour around Sri Lanka in August, co-ordinated by Sakura and with Sumudu as driver. Both were highly professional and took the stress out of traveling somewhere new. I went for a 9 days Srilankan trip last week. My driver Celemet is a wonderful guy  for both his personality and knowledge of turist attraction places. My trip was a perfect. We started the tour in Sigiriya, then continued Kandy, Nuw Eliya, Ella, Yale, Galle, Bentota and finally finished in Kolombo. Our experience with 360tours lanka was an unforgettable experience in the good sense. When my wife started researching about Srilanka we came across and called many tour operators. 360 tours was the only one which provided us genuine and accurate facts about the weather conditions and places to visit in Sri Lanka. Charith the owner got us in touch with Nethmi the tour planner. She immediately informed us that the south coast weather was not favourable and we would not enjoy our time there. She suggested and planned us for the east coast which was more suitable. My wife was about 6 months pregnant and we were travelling with our 2 and a half year old daughter. These factors were also taken into consideration while Nethmi planned our stay and travel time.The moment we arrived the airport we were greeted with our driver Sumudu. An extremely warm hearted man he did (and succeeded) in making us as comfortable as possible. Everyday we used to get a message from either Nethmi or Charith on our well being. Throughout our 10 day stay in Sri Lanka Sumudu made us feel as much as his family as possible. I highly recommend 360 tours lanka for the ultimate Sri Lankan experience. They are warm hearted, kind and friendly people always willing to help. They truly represent the essence of Sri Lanka a beautiful country with kind hearted people. We went for 9 days srilankan trip. We visited central and southern srilanka. Thanks to sakura for curating a wonderful itinerary. Our driver gayan was calm and nice guy. He took us to all places we wanted to visit.We visited dambulla sigiriya nuwaraeliya ella mirissa galle bentota colombo. All our stays were good. Mist hill rest was best among our stay. From the first contact with them I noticed how professional they are and helpful in every single detail they provided. Big shoutout to 360 Tours for organizing an incredible travel itinerary. Ms. Netmi did a fantastic job crafting a personalized 6-day, 5-night plan covering Negombo, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Mirrisa, and Colombo. She remained attentive throughout, consistently seeking feedback at each destination. Our guide, Mr. Prem Lal, was a walking encyclopedia of Sri Lanka. Remarkably, he navigated without relying on maps, effortlessly recalling every street in the country. We were fortunate to have him as our guide, especially with kids in tow. Planned trip for Honeymoon over 7 night 8 days, we find 360 tours lanka where their charges are reasonable and perfect in budget for my trip. Nethmi from 360 tours lanka designed the itinerary for 7 days which they taken my input as well to customized if any, Agency has covered all the significant tourist spots as per itinerary and Had a wonderful experience in Sri Lanka. Chauffer Clement driver as well as guide, who is very kind and humble person, very helpful all over the trip, great driving even he have so much option on alternative in terms of foods, restaurant in anyplace and shared so much knowledge's and history and cultural items over the places, he is very well known locally everyone in Sri Lanka's. we covered south, central and East. So we recently went on a trip to Sri Lanka and we booked our package with 360 tours Lanka. 1) They were soo accommodating in terms of itinerary where we had given them a list of places and they did a very good work in creating a itinerary for us. 2) The way they communicated with us was very good. They were very patient and listened to us and our needs and ensured they did the best for us. 3) They are very budget friendly and they can plan you trip in the way you want. If you want a very budgeted trip, they can do and if you want a very lavish trip, they can do. 4) All the hotels booked for us was very good except for one hotel in mirissa which did look good and neat but the facilities, food and staff were not up to the mark. Thats the only drawback but since the booking was done late from our end the planned hotel got booked so they had to change to this place. We have informed 360 tours not to book this hotel in mirrisa in future. To note they did their best in coordinating with the hotel people in mirissa to ensure we get all the facilities needed. 5) We were a big group of 9 and we got a coaster van with a very good driver. We have just finished a month long tour of Sri Lanka going from top to bottom of this beautiful island. Our guide/driver was a lovely kind man called Clement, who could not been more helpful ,  he was at the airport waiting for us on arrival and helped us change money and organised a phone card ,he arranged everything for us with out any bother and was always ready with an air conditioned car waiting for us, luxury as the weather has been very hot. The office was helpful and efficient, most of our booking was tailor made for us and we communicated by email until we were happy with the itinerary. It’s been great! We did an 11 day tour from the south of the island up to Wilpattu, stopping at Ella, Kandy and Sigiriya. 360 helped with the itinerary and any change of bookings along the way. Our driver was Martise who was a very safe driver, very helpful and always on time (we had a few very early starts). The office worked around the clock to answer any questions and help us when we needed advice. They booked us 2 brilliant safari days and last minute accommodation. I along with my husband had desire to have a tour of Srilanka and I searched for a good tour operator on googles. I came across 360 tours Srilanka.I contacted this company and enquired for ten days tour changing my requirements with various permutations and combinations.I got prompt replies from them. On analysing I found that this company was thorough on the subject and I finalised my tour with this company who planned my tour very well and cost effective.Right from Colombo airport where they received us till they left us after the tour, they have taken care of all our needs and we are very happy with the arrangements they have made.Their driver cum guide Mr Sumudu Sampath showed us the various cities and tourist spots with great interest.
